Roth-Kippe Roth-Kippe Bora 408 Room Air Clothes Dryer
The 408 is the ideal solution for households looking for a gentle and energy-efficient alternative to the tumble dryer. It effortlessly handles the drying process of two to three loads of laundry per day, making it perfectly suited to the needs of smaller households. Please note that the model offered here does not have a switchable heating function. As the successor to the proven "Bora 208", the 408 continues to impress with its modern design and compact dimensions, which are identical to its predecessor. However, it has been extensively revised and brought up to date technically. The new, environmentally friendly refrigerant "R32" ensures improved energy efficiency. The ventilation can now be adjusted in three stages, significantly reducing the noise level at the lower fan settings. Additionally, the 408 features a user-friendly touchscreen control and the option for Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing for comfortable control and monitoring. Operation The Bora features a clear, digital touchscreen control panel that can be set to various languages (German, French, Italian, English). Drying programs:By pressing a button, the drying program can be started. The dehumidifier runs until the laundry is dry and then automatically switches off. The pre-programmed target humidity value of 40% is suitable in most cases, but can otherwise be increased or decreased to any humidity value according to personal preference. Logically, the device operates until it can assume that the laundry is dry. Then it switches off. After a few minutes, it measures again with 1-3 control cycles using pure recirculated air to check whether the humidity value has increased too much, indicating that the laundry may not be completely dry yet. If so, the Bora dries again; if not, it goes into standby. This follow-up check can optimize the drying result, especially in drying rooms with only a small amount of laundry or with garments of varying thickness. Furthermore, the dryer features a general room monitoring system to prevent mold and odors in the basement. The device automatically activates whenever the room humidity exceeds the threshold for mold and odor formation of 60% relative humidity. This moisture level can also be adjusted as desired. Unlike the laundry drying programs, the dryer does not turn off completely in this mode, but only pauses as long as the humidity is appropriate. If the humidity rises again, the drying operation will also resume. Specifically at Bora: The start time can be postponed if, for example, you only want to dry at the low tariff. There are also blocking times possible, during which the device never runs. Furthermore, there is the option for the dryer to automatically switch to room monitoring mode after the laundry drying is completed. Supplementary heating ("H" models):For a small additional charge, the device is also available as "Bora 408 H". The switchable 1000 W heater accelerates the drying of laundry in the cold season because warm air can hold more moisture than cold air. When the heater is switched on, it heats until a room temperature of 18°C is reached. Above 18°C, the heater is inactive, even if it is switched on. Therefore, the version with heating only provides an advantage in rooms that fall below 18°C during the cold season. Blower and fan stages:The blower is a radial blower, which is placed in the upper area of the housing. It disperses relatively widely, but loses power in depth (in long drying rooms). The Bora is therefore particularly suitable for shorter to medium laundry hanging of up to about 5 m in length, which can certainly have a width of 2 m. The warm air stream should blow through the laundry below the clotheslines, so that it can sway in the wind. This causes the moisture to be released more quickly into the room air and can be captured by the dryer. The optimal mounting height of the Boras should therefore be slightly below the lines, which usually means about 1.70 m from the top edge of the device.Selectable fan speeds: Silent = Gentle / Quiet, consumption and drying time increase slightly. ECO = Consumption and drying speed are within the average range of the specified performance data. Fast = High air throughput for quick, efficient drying. The operating noise is clearly noticeable. Air louvers: The front of the housing is fixed, meaning the direction of the airflow or the dispersion cannot be changed. Direct hose connection:The water drained from the laundry flows out through a hose connection at the bottom of the housing. The device does not have a built-in pump, so the hose must have a continuous slope to the drain. If no drain is available, the water can of course also be easily collected in a bucket placed under the device. We offer suitable inlet pipes and buckets for all Bora models in our range if needed.Air filter:The humid room air is drawn in at the lower part of the front. An industrial, durable filter mat is inserted in a fold-out door at the bottom. It cleans the air of coarse dust and lint, keeping the inside of the device clean. Should the material of the filter ever become exhausted, suitable replacement filter mats can be ordered from us at any time. With the new model, the hold and opening of the door have also been improved with magnets. WLAN: The WLAN connection allows you to display the BORA status via a browser on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. In addition, the WLAN connection enables you to access software updates. Of course, the operation can also be carried out as usual directly on the device without WLAN. Compact dimensions:The Bora is comparatively narrow and often fits into places in the drying room where other devices are too wide, for example between downpipes or electrical lines. Since all operation is done from the front, the Bora does not require any space on the sides or above. Swiss Control: "Its comfort control was designed by Roth-Kippe and is manufactured in Switzerland." Funny gadget: "Anyone who does not want to get used to the new operator panel can switch to the familiar design at the push of a button. The operator panel on the display then looks practically identical to the push buttons of the predecessor model." Ambient temperatureTechnically, the "Bora" dryers can be used down to 8°C. Please note that the drying time for all room air dryers increases significantly the colder the room is. For optimal drying speed, temperatures of 15°C and above are ideal. The declared drying performance was measured at a room temperature of 20°C. Scope of delivery and wall mounting The assembly is very simple, as with all tumble dryers:A support rail is fixed to the wall with 3 screws, and the Bora can then be easily hung. All necessary mounting materials are already included in the delivery:• the ready-to-plug-in device• Carrier rail with screws/anchors• Hose connection coupling• 2 m condensate drain hose• Operating instructions "An optional suitable inlet pipe with bucket is available if the water cannot be directly drained into a drain." Both the support rail and the two buffers supporting the wall in the lower area of the device are insulated with rubber to minimize the transmission of vibrations to the wall. Due to the high dehumidification performance, we recommend draining the condensate directly into the drain with the hose (hose is included in the delivery). If you wish to use a bucket, please ensure that it has sufficient capacity (min. 8 liters) to avoid overflow during drying. If wall mounting is not possible, you will find suitable chassis in our range to which the dryer can be mounted. Dryfix Dryfix FLU Liquefying Powder 750g
By using the Dryfix drying granules "Home" or "Pro", a gel is created that can be easily and quickly re-liquefied with this powder. Sprinkle it over the formed gel after completing the work. After approximately 5 minutes, it transforms back into water. Advantages • No disposal of the gel necessary• Saves time• Simple application• Safe for the environment Application example after flat roof renovation or application in the interior or household 1. Sweep the gel formed by the application of Dryfix granulate and fill it into a kettle. 2. Sprinkle some "Flu" granulate onto the gel and stir. 3. Reapply as needed 4. Pour away water Application example for pipes, lines, or toilets 1. Sprinkle some "Flu" granulate directly onto the gel formed by the application of Dryfix granulate and stir. 2. Rinse with water Important in flat roof renovation The "Flu" should not be applied in strong sunlight, as the heat generated can damage the top bitumen layer. This is especially true if the powder remains for an extended period. In this case, we recommend not to liquefy the drying granulate directly on the roof, but to collect it in a bucket and liquefy it there. Alternatively, the drying granulate can also be disposed of in a waste bag.

Heylo Heylo HL 400 Air Purifier
The air purifier HL 400 is a mobile air filtration device. Air is drawn in from the environment and passed through a 7-stage filtration system. The design air purifier filters viruses, bacteria, odors, pollen, and dust. With the help of the filtration system, the room air is filtered and pollutants are captured. The standard filter box consists of a pre-filter, cold catalyst filter, activated carbon filter, antibacterial filter, main filter H10 (according to EN 1822), sterilizing UV-A light, and ionization. The HL 400 V with virus filter box (including certified H14 filter) additionally reduces the concentration of viruses (such as the current coronavirus) and bacteria. Stages of the filter system: 1st stage: prefilter"An aluminum filter is used as a pre-filter. The pre-filter filters coarse dust particles larger than 5 micrometers, such as household dust, flakes, and pollen. The filter can be rinsed with water and is therefore reusable. HEYLO recommends replacing the pre-filter annually." 2nd + 3rd level: cold catalyst filterThe catalytic decomposition reaction of the cold catalyst does not require UV rays, high temperatures, or high pressure. Under normal temperature conditions, the catalytic reaction can remove formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, TVOC, and other harmful gases. The reaction produces water and carbon dioxide. It does not lead to secondary pollution. It is a safe and environmentally friendly product that is state-of-the-art, suitable for a healthy home. During the catalytic reaction, the cold catalyst itself is not directly involved in the reaction. Its functionality does not change and is not lost. For this reason, a lifespan of about 5 years can be expected. Effective formaldehyde filterThe formaldehyde filter with activated carbon cleans the air of unwanted odors, gases, and substances. Additionally, it cleans the air in the shortest time from health-hazardous formaldehyde. The substances are absorbed by the activated carbon, and when the filter is saturated, it must be replaced. HEYLO recommends this every 6 months. In cases of strong odor pollution, such as cigarette smoke, a more frequent change may also be advisable. 4th + 5th level: Antibacterial cotton filterThe antibacterial filter is a precision filter that filters particles with a diameter of 5 micrometers. The special filter material is also treated with an antibacterial agent that can effectively kill 99% of all bacteria. High-efficiency EPA filter (particulate filter)The EPA filter filters air germs, smoke, and dust particles up to 1 µm in size with a rate of 99% or more. In combination with the multifunctional filter, the EPA filter can filter out microscopic particles with a diameter of more than 20 nanometers, including bacterial mold, dust, allergens, and some viruses. According to the World Health Organization, the coronavirus, avian influenza virus, influenza virus, and Legionella bacteria are larger than 20 nanometers. 6th level: Sterilizing UV LightUV sterilization with 365 nanometer UV wavelength light can kill a variety of airborne bacteria. The UV disinfection lamp is typically used for air, surface, and water disinfection. It can purify the air, eliminate musty odors, and produce a limited amount of anions. This makes the air fresh and prevents the spread of viruses in the air or on surfaces. 7th level: ionizationBy creating strong electric fields, ionizers can electrically charge individual air particles, thereby increasing the ion concentration in the room air. The charged particles are more reactive and can destroy odor molecules and other pollutants. At the same time, oppositely charged particles attract each other and form larger clumps that sink to the ground more quickly and can be more easily filtered from the air. "Questions & Answers on the topic of filters and filter changes can be found in our FAQs on filters for air purifiers." Reduce pathogens in the air In untreated indoor air, numerous pathogens are usually found. This group includes mold spores, bacteria, animal hair, and especially house dust allergens (mite feces, excretions), but also heavy metals, soot, and mineral fibers. Particularly on warm days or during the heating season, large amounts of these suspended particles develop and are stirred up with the house dust in the indoor air. After being inhaled, the particles come into contact with our mucous membranes and trigger the known allergy symptoms. The HEYLO air purifier HL 400 can significantly reduce the concentration of these particulates and gases to create healthy indoor air. The device is used in the following areas: private residences, office spaces, conference and training rooms, schools and authorities, practices and fitness centers. In all areas where people are present, air purifiers can significantly improve air quality. Technical Data (with Standard Filter Box) - HL 400Article Number: 1960006Ventilator air output max. Especially in drying rooms with only a small amount of laundry or with garments of varying thickness, this follow-up check can optimize the drying result. Furthermore, the dryer features a general room monitoring system to prevent mold and odors in the basement. The device automatically activates whenever the room humidity exceeds the threshold for mold and odor formation of 60% relative humidity. This moisture level can also be adjusted as needed. Supplementary heating ("H" models):For a small additional charge, the device is also available as "Bora 420 H". The switchable 1000 W heater accelerates the drying of laundry in the cold season because warm air can hold more moisture than cold air. When the heater is switched on, it heats until a room temperature of 18°C is reached. Above 18°C, the heater is inactive, even if it is switched on. Therefore, the version with a heater only provides an advantage in rooms that fall below 18°C during the cold season. Blower and fan stages:The blower is a radial blower, which is placed in the upper area of the housing. It spreads relatively wide, but loses power in depth (in long drying rooms). Assembly service on request "Upon request, we will professionally install the dryer at your home within a radius of up to 120 km (Fr. 210.-), for further distances, price upon request." Roth-Kippe Roth-Kippe Bora 208H Room Air Clothes Dryer with Heating
The Bora 208 from Roth-Kippe is an affordable, well-thought-out dryer for families with children and for households that do not want to dry all their laundry in the tumbler. It dries about 2-3 loads of laundry per day and is available as "Bora208" (without switchable heating) or "Bora208H" (with switchable heating). In the version with heating, the room can be heated to 18°C at the push of a button in cooler environments. In rooms that maintain 18°C or more year-round, the version with heating offers no advantage.serviceThe Bora features a clear, digital control panel that can be set to different languages (German, French, Italian, English). Drying programs:By pressing a button, the drying program can be started. The dehumidifier runs until the laundry is dry and then automatically switches off. If the humidity rises again, the drying operation will also resume. Specifically on the Bora: By repeatedly pressing the program button, the start time can be postponed in half-hour increments. This means that you can hang up the laundry during the day, but shift the drying time to the period of the lower electricity tariff.Switchable heating:For a small additional fee, the device is also available as "Bora 208 H". The switchable 1000W heater accelerates the drying of laundry in the cold season because warm air can hold more moisture than cold air. With this, the dryer can be started with a delay if desired, allowing the low-tariff electricity to be fully utilized. This applies both to laundry drying and to the general stabilization of excessive basement humidity. Furthermore, daily blocking times or an automatic, time-limited room drying program - for example, restricted to nighttime hours - can be programmed (limited to a maximum of 99 days each). The device counts the operating hours and reminds you with a light after 300 hours that the filter should be cleaned.
