Description
The Ulisse 13DCI bridges the gap between conventional mobile monoblock air conditioning units and permanently installed split air conditioning systems by combining the advantages of both systems. It is portable and consists of an indoor and outdoor unit connected by a flexible refrigerant line. The outdoor unit can be conveniently placed on the terrace or mounted on an exterior wall, while the indoor unit is set up in the room or office to be cooled.
Compared to monoblock air conditioning units, the Ulisse 13DCI offers significantly quieter operation and improved energy efficiency. Thanks to state-of-the-art inverter technology, the compressor's performance automatically adjusts to the actual cooling demand, thereby avoiding continuous operation at full capacity.
The operation of the device is incredibly simple and comfortable via the included remote control. The desired target temperature can be set in 1°C increments within the range of 10°C to 32°C. As with all air conditioning units, the actual achievement of the target temperature depends on the room size and heat input, for example, from sunlight or devices present in the room.
The "I Feel" function allows for precise temperature control at the user's location. The device has two measurement points: one on the device itself and another in the remote control. By pressing the "I Feel" button, the remote control measures the temperature at the current location and adjusts the air conditioning unit accordingly. For example, the remote control can be placed on the sofa to ensure an optimal temperature directly at the seating area. For the "I Feel" function to work properly, a direct line of sight between the remote control and the indoor unit is required.
The warm indoor air is drawn in at the front of the indoor unit, cooled, and then blown back into the room from the upper front area. During the cooling process, excess moisture is simultaneously removed from the air. The condensate is directed through a hose via the connection line to the outdoor unit, where it is automatically misted before the fan.
Important to know when dealing with mobile split air conditioning units
• the indoor and outdoor units are connected by a copper refrigerant line. Copper is not reversible, meaning: if the copper line is bent, it is destroyed and must be replaced (cost for a 2m line: Fr. 310.-).
• If the line between the indoor and outdoor unit is to be routed through a hole (e.g., in the wall), it must be disconnected from the outdoor unit. This requires knowledge in handling refrigerant lines and should be done by a professional. Otherwise, it is likely that refrigerant will escape during the disconnection process, which will impair cooling performance. We have appropriately trained professionals and can offer you both delivery and installation.

Quick course to establish WIFI connection to Ulisse
- Connect device to power supply (or unplug and plug back in)
- Press the power button for 5 seconds until the WIFI light blinks.
- Connect desired device to WLAN network "UI_Setup"
- Enter and open the following in the internet; 192.168.4.1
- Select the WLAN to which the Ulisse must be connected, enter the password, click "APP Connect."
- Change username and password upon request and click «APP Connect» again.
- Ulisse can now be served.
