This combined activated carbon/HEPA filter fits the Dryfix X3 dehumidifier. The HEPA filter cleans the air with a purity rate of nearly 100% with every pass through the device. This means that even the finest particles such as pollen, fine dust, mold spores, and other tiny contaminants are captured. The filter is therefore highly recommended, for example, in basements with mold infestations, but also during laundry drying, so that airborne pollen is not blown onto the hanging laundry and contaminates it (e.g., in case of pollen allergy).
