TROTEC Trotec Edge Vacuum Nozzle Stainless Steel 300mm 38mm
This stainless steel nozzle was developed by experienced fluid mechanics engineers and features an optimal flow geometry. The width or nature of the joint gap does not matter, as it is not part of the sealing system. Even wider joints result in a good efficiency, as the sealing system is designed to be flexibly used up to a joint width of 35 mm. The elastic rubber seals have a very good recovery value and adapt optimally to unevenness of the floor and the wall. This professional ozone destroyer accelerates the breakdown of residual ozone by ten times compared to natural ozone decay. The ozone treatment of indoor spaces is a proven and effective method for large-scale disinfections and for eliminating odors after fire and water damage. Until now, it has been necessary to wait for the lengthy natural ozone decomposition after each ozone treatment, during which unoxidized ozone slowly breaks down into oxygen. Only after the prescribed limit values were fallen below could the treated areas be safely re-entered. In indoor environments, the half-life of ozone under typical conditions is 30 to 60 minutes, meaning that the ozone concentration in the room air is halved only hourly. The larger the room and the more powerful the ozone disinfectant, the higher the ozone concentration and the longer the natural degradation process takes. In rooms with regular disinfections, the reagent reduction additionally prolongs the ozone degradation phases, leading to longer waiting times and higher usage failures. A cross-ventilation could accelerate ozone degradation, but often the necessary ventilation options are lacking in treated spaces such as hotel rooms with secured windows or windowless basements, storage rooms, and archives. This device enables a technical regeneration of oxygen in ozone-contaminated rooms, significantly accelerating their economic reusability. Depending on the conditions of use, rooms can be safely re-entered and utilized after just one-tenth of the time required for natural ozone decay.Unique master-slave solution for accelerated ozone degradation The "Zerozon" has been specifically designed for combined use with all ozone disinfectors of the "Airozon" Professional Series. For this purpose, the device is equipped with a dedicated power supply and a control console for the connected Airozon device, thus enabling the synchronized combined operation of both devices.
