The Dryfix "HotAirStopper" and "HotAirStopper XL" are practical accessories for mobile air conditioning units. They simply and reliably seal the window opening required for the passage of the exhaust hose from mobile air conditioning units. This window seal prevents heat from outside on one hand, and the expelled warm air from the air conditioning unit itself from flowing back into the room on the other hand. As a side effect, it keeps mosquitoes and other unwanted insects away. Ultimately, the solution also saves energy: the efficiency of the air conditioning unit is significantly increased because the heat load in the room is reduced.Function principle and assemblyThe Dryfix "HotAirStopper" consists of a roll of hook-and-loop tape that is adhesive on one side, as well as a cloth made of durable special fabric. Incorporated into the cloth is a zipper with two opposing zippers, which allows the exhaust hose to be fixed at the appropriate height from both sides in the window opening.
