Aerial ASE400 Adsorption Dryer

Description

The ASE400 demonstrates high reliability in the drying of industrial spaces as well as public and water management facilities. Unlike condensation dryers, adsorbers have a more or less constant dehumidification performance down to well below freezing point. Since the condensate would freeze at these cold temperatures, the extracted moisture is evaporated through a hose and expelled from the room. In water damage drying, the ASE400 is also a powerful device for drying larger areas, ideally in combination with a turbine.

Adsorption dryers operate without a compressor. Simply explained, the humid air is passed over a silica gel wheel and divided into dry air and humid air. The dry air is blown into the room but can also be directed via a hose into cavities such as shafts, substructures of bathtubs, etc., or into another device such as a compressor. On the other side of the dryer, the humid air exits, and this can also be discharged via a hose.

"Heat is required for this process. The ASE400 features a high-performance rotor that is optimized for maximum water absorption under varying inlet conditions. The mechanical strength of the rotor's surface is extremely high. Non-flammable. The rotor is maintenance-free and washable. Dynamic, safe, and self-regulating PTC heating element."

Air intake rear: through wide air filter (can be removed for cleaning)
Air outlet: Dry air front side: Ø = 100 mm, regeneration air back side Ø = 80 mm

service

The ASE400 is ready to plug in. It has a toggle switch for turning on/off. Optionally, a hygrostat can be connected via the prepared plug to regulate the desired target humidity. The device is suitable for unattended continuous operation. Furthermore, the ASE has an operating hour counter as well as a counter that measures power consumption in kWh. Adjusting the air volumes is not necessary.
