    Semi-professional dehumidifier for basements, construction sites, and laundry drying   This comfort dehumidifier protects and preserves what is dear and valuable to you. It is suitable for both robust dehumidification tasks in basements and laundry rooms, as well as for professional use in drying water damage or for keeping construction sites dry. Thanks to hot gas defrosting, it is also recommended for optimal drying results at low temperatures.     The all-rounder: Protects against mold, corrosion, and construction damage Excess moisture in the indoor air (> 60 percent) provides an ideal environment for pathogens. Mold also spreads in living spaces starting from this value, increasing the risk of respiratory diseases. Classic cars in the garage, artworks on the walls, and archived documents and books also suffer from excessive humidity. The causes of harmful humidity are diverse: deficiencies in building sealing, insufficient ventilation, as well as storms, flooding, or leaks in water-carrying pipes. The 122E keeps it dry.     Compact design – outstanding dehumidification performance Whether as a room climate improver in private settings or as a dehumidifier in commercial use – the cuboid stainless steel dehumidifier impresses with its comfortable features (e.g. 24h timer and auto-restart function as well as control panel lock function), an 8-liter condensate tank, and a strong dehumidification performance of 38 l/24 h at an air volume of 240 m³/h – sufficient for room sizes up to 100 m² or 250 m³. Thanks to the auto-restart function (memory function), the device automatically starts again in the pre-selected settings after a brief power interruption. For maximum user comfort, the control panel is equipped with easy-care membrane buttons and a digital display of room temperature and humidity. The target humidity can be set in 5 percent increments.     "Striking in technical features, modest in price: The dehumidifier with built-in condensate pump."     Comfort function: Temperature-dependent air dehumidification   "For an optimal indoor climate, room temperature and humidity must be coordinated. This is exactly where temperature-dependent dehumidification comes into play. The device adjusts the humidity level based on temperature to the optimal value. The comfort function is particularly recommended for use in rooms with temperature fluctuations throughout the day or year. If the room temperature changes, the dehumidifier automatically adjusts its dehumidification performance."     Effective and simple   The device also naturally features a hygrostat-controlled dehumidification automation. A fixed air humidity value is selected, which should not be exceeded. The adjustable range is between 35 and 85% relative humidity, in 5% increments. If the value is exceeded, the dehumidifier automatically activates and switches off by itself in an energy-saving manner as soon as the desired target value is reached.     Gentle laundry drying with dehumidifiers   "In addition to dehumidifying the room air, the dehumidifier can be comfortably used for drying laundry – either as a support or as a complete replacement for a conventional tumbler. The laundry drying function is comparable to traditional air drying outdoors."   Dehumidifiers offer the advantage that laundry is dried gently, as in nature. Colors remain vibrant, and clothing has a longer lifespan than with conventional dryers, with significantly less energy consumption. Additionally, delicate materials such as wool, silk, or synthetic fibers can be dried without concerns. In contrast to pure air drying, the laundry becomes softer and more pleasant to wear against the skin because the garments move in the gentle breeze of the dryer during the drying process.     Propane (R290) as an environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers   Annually, several million tons of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) are released into the air due to synthetic refrigerants. Therefore, the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. By using propane (R290) as a refrigerant, this air dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection. The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and belongs to the hydrocarbons. Unlike synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor a significant greenhouse effect (GWP=3).   Supplement plus for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant, thereby additionally reducing your energy costs.     Convincing Features   The timer function, a fill level warning light for a full water tank, the overflow protection with automatic shut-off, and a laundry drying mode complete the comfort features of this TTK dehumidifier. In addition, the integrated, washable air filter allows for additional air purification by extracting dust or pet hair. Thanks to its wheels and practical carrying handles, the device is also well-prepared for flexible relocation. The operation is easy and low-maintenance due to its comfortable features.     Bucket, direct hose connection and integrated condensate pump   The water that is extracted from the air is collected in a standard 6-liter bucket. A float switch automatically stops the operation when the bucket is full. Alternatively, the water can also be directed through a hose to a lower drainage point. If no floor drain is available, the water can be pumped up to 4 meters high using the built-in pump in the device, for example into a sink, out of a basement window, or even one floor up. It is built to last, easy to maintain, rarely requires servicing, and is very affordable considering its power and quality."  Easy handling The desired target humidity can be continuously regulated between 32 - 100% using a mechanical hygrostat, and continuous operation is also possible. With the used lamella evaporator, target humidities below 40% r.H. are difficult to achieve; however, this technology shows impressive dehumidification power in temperate and humid environments. Particularly useful in larger areas is the high air circulation volume of a substantial 1000 cubic meters per hour. With its stable trolley construction and large wheels, frequent relocation to different sites can be easily carried out.  Bucket, direct hose connection and optional pump kit The water, which is extracted from the air, flows into the 6-liter bucket. This is placed on a scale that automatically interrupts operation when full. A control light indicates the full status in this case. Furthermore, there is the possibility to connect a hose if the water can be drained directly. The hose must have a slope towards the drain in this case. If this is not possible, a suitable pump kit is optionally available, with which the water can be pumped upwards and also outwards. "The operating switch and level warning light are protected against dust and splashing water by a protective cover, and a slotted hygrostat rotary switch prevents unwanted adjustment of the switch position."     For continuous operation on construction sites   The possibility of connecting an external condensate drain – optionally with a condensate pump if needed – makes the construction dryer also ideally suited for longer unattended drying tasks, e.g. in construction drying.     Optional counters The delivery does not include an hour or consumption meter. You can order these from us if desired (the housing is standardly prepared for retrofitting).     This nozzle is designed to allow the entire air volume of the incoming or outgoing air to circulate under the door.  The nozzle is pushed under the door and connected to air hoses on both sides of the door. To ensure that the entire volume of air can be transported under the door, the passage inside the nozzle is expanded to the maximum width, allowing the air to circulate well despite the low flow height. A protective mat (protector) protects the floor underneath from scratches.  In this way, the complete drying installation can be flexibly relocated to rooms that have minimal noise disturbance for the affected party. Furthermore, the drying time is reduced if the room can remain closed. The nozzle is designed as standard for connecting hoses with a 38 mm inner diameter.
