This professional ozone destroyer accelerates the breakdown of residual ozone by ten times compared to natural ozone decay. The ozone treatment of indoor spaces is a proven and effective method for large-scale disinfections and for eliminating odors after fire and water damage. Until now, it has been necessary to wait for the lengthy natural ozone decomposition after each ozone treatment, during which unoxidized ozone slowly breaks down into oxygen. Only after the prescribed limit values were fallen below could the treated areas be safely re-entered. In indoor environments, the half-life of ozone under typical conditions is 30 to 60 minutes, meaning that the ozone concentration in the room air is halved only hourly.
