  • TFT2500-Adsorptionstrockner-mit-WRG

Tecnofrigo TFT2500 Adsorption Dryer with Heat Recovery

TFT Series - the Adsorption Dryer"Our TFT series is suitable for all areas where a constant humidity is desired. From small basement rooms to ice rinks, the TFT series offers a solution everywhere." The devices of the TFT series are equipped with two fans, unlike the ASE series. Thus, the process circuit is not connected to the regeneration circuit. The process air is taken from the room and dried before being returned to the room. Dehumidification is done through the slowly rotating drying wheel, which is coated with silica gel. Regeneration is carried out by a self-regulating PTC heating element. PTC heating elements have, in addition to their heating function, an independent temperature limiting effect. This results in a maximum level of operational safety. The TFT devices are optionally available with a heat recovery module.Characteristics• On / Off toggle switch • Hygrostat built-in • Kilowatt-hour meter • soldier Stand• 4 carrying handles on the side  Due to high demand, the delivery time is currently 6-8 weeks from the order.   2 year guarantee   You can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart.   Technical data Dehumidification capacity: 453.6 kg per day                                       = 18.90 kg per hour Air volume / Pressure Process air volume blowing free: 2000 m³/hPressure: 300 Pa Nominal regeneration air: 820 m³/hPressure: 250 Pa   Workspace Temperature: -30 °C to + 35°C  Humidity: 10 - 95% r.H. • WDH-DS3 Adsorptionstrockner - Dantherm Group AG

    Aktobis WDH-DS3 Adsorption Dryer

A compact dehumidifier with adsorption technology. Adsorption is useful where the room air is cold, or where very low humidity levels are to be achieved. The "DS3" is also ideal for quick laundry drying in cool basements..In contrast to condensation dehumidifiers (dehumidifiers with a compressor), dehumidifiers with adsorption technology have an almost constant dehumidification performance even at low temperatures. They require virtually no lead time from startup until effective dehumidification begins. Due to their compressor-free design, these dryers are lightweight at only 7.5 kg. Technologically, the device would even extract water from the air below freezing point; however, the water then freezes in the collection tray, making 0.5°C the limit for use. Even at warmer temperatures, drying with adsorption dryers is straightforward, but the power consumption per liter of water extracted in temperate rooms is higher than that of compressor dehumidifiers (condensation dehumidifiers). The crossover point is around 8-10°C, meaning that below this value, adsorption dryers are more efficient, while above it, condensation dryers are more effective.Once the target humidity is reached, the dehumidification operation stops, while the ventilation continues for a few more minutes until the device has cooled down sufficiently. Subsequently, dehumidification and ventilation pause until the humidity in the room rises above the desired target humidity level again. The ventilation is powerful and can be adjusted in 3 stages. This is particularly advantageous when drying laundry and significantly speeds up the process. With the vertically adjustable air outlet louver, the dry air can also be directed in the desired direction. The wind noise is audible even at the lowest setting, so the DS3 is only partially suitable for very quiet bedrooms.Special function air purification with HEPA filterThe DS3 can also be used as an air purifier. A suitable HEPA filter available from us can be placed in the air intake area. This filters the air with a purity rate of over 99.9% and removes all airborne particles such as pollen, fine dust, spores, viruses, and germs from the air. The air purification mode can run together with the dehumidification operation, but also without dehumidification thanks to the pure air circulation level. The filter can be ordered individually.  Characteristics of the DS3• Dehumidification capacity of up to 9.5 liters per day.• Adsorption technology without a compressor and without refrigerants.• already at cool 0.5°C a good dehumidification performance.• significantly larger water bucket (5 liters) than comparable devices, auto-stop when full tank including warning light.• Electric hygrostat (LED) for regulating and setting the desired humidity.• Humidity control in 10% steps from approx. 40% to 70% as well as continuous operation possible.• In addition to the standard mode, there are the following operating modes: Auto mode; Dry mode (Turbo) and Air purification mode* (additional *HEPA filter required).• Timer function to select the automatic remaining time or the start time between 1-24 hours.• Clear display including current humidity display and status overview.• Also suitable for continuous operation/continuous dehumidification.• SmartHome capable (via WLAN socket) + can be controlled via external timer switch (only possible with a few devices).• Memory function: no adjustments during power failure (device continues from where it was interrupted).• Possibility for direct hose connection for draining water into a lower outlet (suitable hose: 12mm inner diameter).• Absolutely maintenance-free.• Washable, antibacterial air filter.• Modern design and appealing appearance, therefore also very suitable for living spaces.• The device is immediately ready for use (no installation or assembly required).• Comparatively light in weight, easy mobility with side grip recesses.• Fulfillment of the WEEE standards.• TÜV "GS" tested as well as CE and EMC conformity.   scope of deliveryThe delivery includes the ready-to-plug-in device as well as an activated carbon net, which can be placed in the air intake area and slightly improves the air quality during operation. • Aerial ASE300 Adsorptionstrockner/035 - Dantherm Group AG

    Aerial Aerial ASE300 Adsorption Dryer/035

The medium-sized ASE adsorption dryer from Aerial. Handy yet powerful, making it ideal for flexible use in drying water damage or for keeping rooms dry with permanent moisture exposure. The mobile adsorbers of this type are also suitable for industrial applications where low air humidity is required, for example in production facilities.Adsorption dryers have a practically constant dehumidification performance regardless of the room temperature. They are therefore also suitable for use in cold environments, even below freezing point. In principle, the air is passed through a continuously rotating sorption rotor, which is a wheel made of a very moisture-absorbent material. The moisture absorbed by the rotor is expelled from the device by a heated (PTC heating) air stream flowing in the opposite direction (= regeneration air) and must be vented out of the room. The dry air is directed into the room or through hoses to the areas that need to be dried.serviceThe operation is incredibly simple: plug it into the socket, turn on the device with the toggle switch, and set the desired humidity level on the hygrostat. Adjusting the air volumes is not necessary.    Installation of the deviceThe dryer can optionally be placed outside the damp zone or in the room itself:Set up outside the damp area, the dry air is blown into the area to be dried using suitable hoses. The moist exhaust air either enters the room where the dryer is located or can also be discharged using hoses, for example, through a window to the outside. This setup is usually used for drying water damage in cavities, such as water damage under bathtubs or in water pits. When drying water damage in dense materials like underfloor drying, the dry air from the adsorption dryer is additionally pressurized with the help of compressors (e.g., with VP2-6 sound boxes from our range) and can thus be directed to hard-to-reach areas. The arrangement in the room itself is suitable when the entire air volume needs to be kept dry, usually in industrial or commercial applications. The dry air flows directly from the device into the room, while the moist exhaust air is led out of the room via a hose.  Rotor ECODRY G3-MH / PTC Heating ElementThe high-performance rotor is optimized for maximum water intake under varying entry conditions. The mechanical strength of the rotor's surface is extremely high. Non-flammable. The rotor is maintenance-free and washable. • Aerial ASE400 Adsorptionstrockner - Dantherm Group AG

    Aerial Aerial ASE400 Adsorption Dryer

The ASE400 demonstrates high reliability in the drying of industrial spaces as well as public and water management facilities. Unlike condensation dryers, adsorbers have a more or less constant dehumidification performance down to well below freezing point. Since the condensate would freeze at these cold temperatures, the extracted moisture is evaporated through a hose and expelled from the room. In water damage drying, the ASE400 is also a powerful device for drying larger areas, ideally in combination with a turbine.Adsorption dryers operate without a compressor. Simply explained, the humid air is passed over a silica gel wheel and divided into dry air and humid air. The dry air is blown into the room but can also be directed via a hose into cavities such as shafts, substructures of bathtubs, etc., or into another device such as a compressor. On the other side of the dryer, the humid air exits, and this can also be discharged via a hose. "Heat is required for this process. The ASE400 features a high-performance rotor that is optimized for maximum water absorption under varying inlet conditions. The mechanical strength of the rotor's surface is extremely high. Non-flammable. The rotor is maintenance-free and washable. Dynamic, safe, and self-regulating PTC heating element."  Air intake rear: through wide air filter (can be removed for cleaning)Air outlet: Dry air front side: Ø = 100 mm, regeneration air back side Ø = 80 mmserviceThe ASE400 is ready to plug in. It has a toggle switch for turning on/off. Optionally, a hygrostat can be connected via the prepared plug to regulate the desired target humidity. The device is suitable for unattended continuous operation. Furthermore, the ASE has an operating hour counter as well as a counter that measures power consumption in kWh. Adjusting the air volumes is not necessary.Characteristics • Stackable, quiet, maintenance-friendly • Energy efficient through ecoDRY rotor • Precisely adjustable with built-in hygrostat • Cost and duration control through combination meter for• Operating hours and kWh • Robust stand device with foldable carrying handle • 4 rubber buffers (abrasion-resistant and non-staining) on the underside protect sensitive floor surfaces • Air intake: process and regeneration air together• with air filter and silencer • Housing: Stainless steel / powder-coated steel sheet • Connection cable 4.5 m with power plug • PTC heating elements for maximum operational safety • Optional with calibrated power meter        Technical data   Tension 1 x 230V / 50 Hz Power consumption 2200W max. insurance 10A Sound pressure level 3 m distance 60 dB(A) dehumidification performance 36kg/day (20°C / 60% r.H.) • Dantherm TTR 800 Adsorptionstrockner - Dantherm Group AG

Dantherm Dantherm TTR 800 Adsorption Dryer

This maintenance-friendly adsorption dehumidifier guarantees high dehumidification values. With its standard stainless steel housing and an electrical control box in IP53 design, it is also corrosion-resistant and withstands adverse operating environments. "It is ideally suited for many drying tasks or dry air production. Typical applications include drying in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, as well as in mechanical engineering. Furthermore, it is also used to protect machines, inventory, and buildings from corrosion, condensate, or mold formation, for example in water engineering facilities or electrical control centers."   High dry air performance even at low dew point The TTR series adsorption dehumidifiers take advantage of the vapor pressure difference between the humid air and a hygroscopic sorbent material, which is incorporated into a drying wheel that has an extremely large surface structure. This process ensures high dehumidification performance even at low humidity and low air temperatures.   TTR-Trisorp-Dual-Principle    Two separate air ducts lead process and regeneration air through each fan. The process air to be dehumidified is drawn in with the help of a fan and flows through the dehumidification sector of the continuously rotating drying wheel, where the moisture contained in it is removed by binding in the sorbent. From there, it flows out as dry air.    When flowing through the heating register, the air is heated significantly and can thus reduce its moisture. Subsequently, it passes through the regeneration sector, where it can reabsorb the moisture bound in the silica gel and discharge it outside through the moist air outlet.     Series-integrated heat recovery (HR)   A major advantage of the TTR adsorption dryers is the already integrated heat recovery system as standard. Depending on the ambient conditions, this saves 20 - 50% energy. Thus, the savings at 20° C and 60% relative humidity (i.e., under "normal" room conditions) is about 50%. In principle, the regeneration air is also drawn in with a separate fan and passed through the purge sector. As the drying wheel heats up due to the released adsorption heat and the regeneration heat, the purge sector serves for heat recovery and cooling of the drying wheel. This reduces the required energy input and improves the dehumidification performance, especially at lower dew points.   Wide range of applications Due to its very high dehumidification performance in continuous operation even at low dew points, this dehumidifier is suitable for a variety of applications, for example: • Pre-dehumidification of supply air to maintain the trickling and flowability of hygroscopic products in storage, conveying, and dosing systems.• Process air dehumidification for gas turbines and humidity control in gas distribution stations• Ice-free maintenance of freezing tunnels and deep-freeze storage• Dehumidification or process air drying in the fields of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, electronics and semiconductor industry, or food industry• Avoidance of condensation formation, material changes, or granulate clumping in plastic processing• Process air drying and plant dehumidification in the steel industry• Air drying and dew point control in cold storage rooms• Drying of water engineering facilities and pumping stations• Climate conditioning of ammunition depots or military technical equipment storage facilities• Dehumidification and dew point control in clean and dry rooms• Climate conditioning in dry air storage or in timber storage halls  Value added without extra cost The dryer is already equipped as standard with numerous functions and features that guarantee reliable operation, easy handling, and long service life with low maintenance effort: • Wide voltage• Rotor speed control (rotor and drive)• Overtemperature safety system with restart lock (regeneration air)• Operating temperature management (regeneration air)• Filter monitoring (per air flow and collective warning light)• Configurable air direction reversal (conversion with minimal effort)• Terminals for external ON/OFF• Potential-free contacts (operation, fault, filter)• Operating hour meter• Air volume regulation• integrated heat recovery• Robust and maintenance-friendly stainless steel housing• Duoventic control* for regeneration air and process air fan respectively• Overtemperature safety system with restart lock (regeneration air)• G4 air filter in Z-line design with electronic monitoring and collective warning light• External connection terminals On/Off and connection terminals Hygrostat  Possible additional options • Tax module Millennium• Flowmatic-Flow Rate Control• Humidity/Temperature Control• Dew point sensor -80 °C ... +20 °C• Touch screen for device operation• Remote connection GSM• Remote connection WLAN• Heat exchanger module• Electric reheater for dry air• External Hygrostat HG 120• External Hygrostat HG 125• Transport frame (stackable), with wheels  Advantages at a Glance  • High dehumidification performance even at low dew points• Robust stainless steel housing• Reliable silica gel adsorption rotor• Configurable air direction reversal (conversion with minimal effort)• Duoventic control – the performance of each fan can be individually adjusted using a potentiometer.• TTR-Trisorp-Dual-Principle with separate guidance of process and regeneration air for a pressure-neutral recirculation operation• Electric regeneration heating• Filter monitoring (per air flow and collective warning light)• Individually configurable through a variety of equipment options for almost every application.*According to Duoventic, the performance for each fan can be independently adjusted via a potentiometer; no throttling devices are required on-site.  A notice: This device is available under the brands "Trotec" and "Dantherm". Technical data  dry air Dehumidification at 20°C/60% r.H. 3.6 kg/hour = 86.4 kg/day Air volume blowing free 950 m³/h nominal air volume 750 m³/h external pressing 300 Pa connection inlet Ø 250 mm connection outlet Ø 250 mm     regeneration air nominal air volume 130 m³/h external pressing 300 Pa connection inlet Ø 160 mm connection outlet Ø 160 mm     working principle TTR-Trisorp-Dual Ambient temperature -20 to +40 °C Ambient humidity (non-condensing) 0 - 100 % r.F. power connection 380 - 480 V/50 - 60 Hz rated current consumption 7.5 A Installed capacity 4.9 kW heating capacity 4.1 kW recommended coverage 16A electrical connection terminal connection Suitable for continuous operation and Dimensions H x W x D 942 x 649 x 734 mm Weight 85 kg Country of production Germany Trotec article no. 1.110.000.150 guarantee 2 years

    Dantherm Dantherm TTR2800 Adsorption Dryer

This maintenance-friendly adsorption dehumidifier guarantees high dehumidification rates of several hundred kilograms per day. With its standard stainless steel housing and an electrical control box in IP53 design, it is also corrosion-resistant against adverse operating environments.   "It is ideally suited for many drying tasks or dry air production. Typical applications include a wide range of air and gas dehumidification tasks in industry, logistics, or supply companies, for example, for production and product security or for the preservation of machines, inventory, and buildings through constant protection against corrosion, condensate, or mold formation."      High dry air performance even at low dew point   The TTR series adsorption dehumidifiers take advantage of the vapor pressure difference between the humid air and a hygroscopic sorbent material, which is incorporated into a drying wheel that has an extremely large surface structure. Wide range of applications   Due to its very high dehumidification performance in continuous operation even at low dew points, this dehumidifier is suitable for a variety of applications, for example:   • Pre-dehumidification of supply air to maintain the trickling and flowability of hygroscopic products in storage, conveying, and dosing systems.• Process air dehumidification for gas turbines and humidity control in gas distribution stations• Ice-free maintenance of freezing tunnels and deep-freeze storage• Dehumidification or process air drying in the fields of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, electronics and semiconductor industry, or food industry• Avoidance of condensation formation, material changes, or granulate clumping in plastic processing• Process air drying and plant dehumidification in the steel industry• Air drying and dew point control in cold storage rooms• Drying of water engineering facilities and pumping stations• Climate conditioning of ammunition depots or military technical equipment storage facilities• Dehumidification and dew point control in clean and dry rooms• Climate conditioning in dry air storage or in timber storage halls     Value added without extra cost   The dryer is already equipped as standard with numerous functions and features that guarantee reliable operation, easy handling, and long service life with low maintenance effort:   • Wide voltage• Rotor speed control (rotor and drive)• Overtemperature safety system with restart lock (regeneration air)• Operating temperature management (regeneration air)• Filter monitoring (per air flow and collective warning light)• Configurable air direction reversal (conversion with minimal effort)• Terminals for external ON/OFF• Potential-free contacts (operation, fault, filter)• Operating hour meter• Air volume regulation• integrated heat recovery • Robust and maintenance-friendly stainless steel housing• Duoventic control* for regeneration air and process air fan respectively• Overtemperature safety system with restart lock (regeneration air)• G4 air filter in Z-line design with electronic monitoring and collective warning light• External connection terminals On/Off and connection terminals Hygrostat    Possible additional options   • Tax module Millennium• Flowmatic-Flow Rate Control• Humidity/Temperature Control• Dew Point Sensor -80 °C to +20 °C• Touch screen for device operation• Remote connection GSM• Remote connection WLAN• Heat exchanger module• Electric reheater for dry air• External Hygrostat HG 120• External Hygrostat HG 125• Transport frame (stackable), with wheels   Advantages at a Glance   • High dehumidification performance even at low dew points• Robust stainless steel housing• Reliable silica gel adsorption rotor• Configurable air direction reversal (conversion with minimal effort)• Duoventic control – the performance of each fan can be individually adjusted using a potentiometer.• TTR-Trisorp-Dual-Principle with separate guidance of process and regeneration air for a pressure-neutral recirculation operation• Electric regeneration heating• Filter monitoring (per air flow and collective warning light)• Individually configurable through a variety of equipment options for almost every application.*According to Duoventic, the performance for each fan can be independently adjusted via a potentiometer; no throttling devices are required on-site.   A notice: This device is available under the brands "Trotec" and "Dantherm".     Technical data   dry air Dehumidification at 20°C/60% r.H. 15.7 kg/Std. = 376.8 kg/Day Air volume blowing free 3150 m³/h nominal air volume 2800 m³/h external pressing 300 Pa connection inlet Ø 315 mm connection outlet Ø 315 mm     regeneration air nominal air volume 570 m³/h external pressing 300 Pa connection inlet Ø 200 mm connection outlet Ø 200 mm     working principle TTR-Trisorp-Dual Ambient temperature -20 to +40 °C Ambient humidity (non-condensing) 0 - 100 % r.F. power connection 380 - 480 V/50 - 60 Hz rated current consumption 31.7 A Installed capacity 21.6 kW heating capacity 18.9 kW recommended coverage 32A electrical connection terminal connection Suitable for continuous operation and Dimensions H x W x L 1323 x 769 x 1348 mm Weight 250 kg Country of production Germany Trotec article no. 1.110.000.175 guarantee 2 years

Dantherm Dantherm TTR 5200 Adsorption Dryer

This maintenance-friendly adsorption dehumidifier with a large dry air volume is capable of extracting several hundred kilograms of water per day.   The robust, corrosion-protected steel housing in galvanized and painted design withstands even the most adverse operating environments and is ideally suited for drying, gas dehumidification, or dry air generation in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, as well as in mechanical engineering, but also for reducing ice and frost formation in deep-freeze zones or for protecting moisture-sensitive stored goods.    "It is suitable, for example, for:" • Avoidance of corrosion damage due to condensate • Guaranteeing the best possible processing quality of moisture-sensitive stock goods • Ice-free maintenance of cooling zones • accelerated drying of your products     Perfectly in Flow   The high-performance fans are driven by energy-saving EC motors, whose speed can be adjusted independently using the "Duoventic" controller. Thanks to this integrated air volume regulation, you can quickly and appropriately configure the drying unit for any requirement without any conversion measures: extremely dry air with low airflow, larger quantities of dry air, or maximum recirculation performance with a moderate dry air proportion.     Flowmatic S reliably maintains the flow rate at the set point.    The dehumidifier is equipped as standard with a "Flowmatic-S" volumetric flow control system, which automatically detects and compensates for pressure losses based on sensors. The control of the volumetric flow or pressure can be adjusted via a control signal as desired. As soon as it registers deviations, it counteracts them and thus guarantees a consistent maintenance of the specified volumetric flow or pressure. This provides you with a constant flow of dry air in the desired quantity at all times.     High dry air performance even at low dew point   The TTR series adsorption dehumidifiers take advantage of the vapor pressure difference between the humid air and a hygroscopic sorbent material, which is incorporated into a drying wheel that has an extremely large surface structure. If desired, the air direction can be optionally adjusted to your individual processes by reversing the module. Configurable Air Direction Reversal   A practical detail for stationary industrial use, especially in piped installations, is the configurable air reversal of the TTR units, as in such applications new or additional devices must be able to flexibly integrate into existing processes.    The dehumidifier housing is already factory-prepared for the mirror-inverted assembly of the air guidance, so this device can always be set up with the operating side facing the user, regardless of the process air direction. If desired, the air direction can be optionally adjusted to your individual processes by reversing the module. Blow dry air out on the right and discharge humid air on the left, or vice versa.     Wide range of applications   Due to its very high dehumidification performance in continuous operation even at low dew points, this dehumidifier is suitable for a variety of applications, for example:   • Pre-dehumidification of supply air to maintain the trickling and flowability of hygroscopic products in storage, conveying, and dosing systems.• Process air dehumidification for gas turbines and humidity control in gas distribution stations• Ice-free maintenance of freezing tunnels and deep-freeze storage• Dehumidification or process air drying in the fields of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, electronics and semiconductor industry, or food industry• Avoidance of condensation formation, material changes, or granulate clumping in plastic processing• Process air drying and plant dehumidification in the steel industry• Air drying and dew point control in cold storage rooms• Drying of water engineering facilities and pumping stations• Climate conditioning of ammunition depots or military technical equipment storage facilities• Dehumidification and dew point control in clean and dry rooms• Climate conditioning in dry air storage or in timber storage halls     Value added without extra cost   The dryer is already equipped as standard with numerous functions and features that guarantee reliable operation, easy handling, and long service life with low maintenance effort:   • SPS control module Millenium for precise energy management• Flowmatic-Flow Rate Control• Rotor speed control (rotor and drive)• Overtemperature safety system with restart lock (regeneration air)• Operating temperature management (regeneration air)• G4 air filter in Z-line design with electronic monitoring and collective warning light• External connection terminals On/Off and connection terminals Hygrostat• Potential-free contacts for operation, fault, and filter• Configurable air direction reversal• Robust and maintenance-friendly steel housing, galvanized and painted   Furthermore, the device can be precisely equipped for your individual needs with numerous equipment options.     Possible additional options   • Stainless steel case• Moisture/Temperature Control• Dew point sensor -80 °C ... +20 °C• Touch screen for device operation• Remote connection GSM• Remote connection WLAN• Heat exchanger module• Steam heater for regeneration air• Gas heater for regeneration air• Electric reheater for dry air• External Hygrostat HG 120• External Hygrostat HG 125• Transport frame (stackable), with wheels   Advantages at a Glance   • High dehumidification performance even at low dew points• Robust steel housing, galvanized and painted• Reliable silica gel adsorption rotor• Configurable air direction reversal (conversion with minimal effort) • Duoventic control* – the power of each fan can be individually adjusted using a potentiometer.• SPS control unit Millenium• Flowmatic control for constant setpoint maintenance of specified volumetric flow rate or pressure• TTR-Trisorp-Dual-Principle with separate guidance of process and regeneration air for a pressure-neutral recirculation operation• Electric regeneration heating• Filter monitoring (per air flow and collective warning light)• Individually configurable through a variety of equipment options for almost any application. *According to Duoventic, the performance for each fan can be independently adjusted via a potentiometer; no throttling devices are required on-site.   A notice: This device is available under the brands "Trotec" and "Dantherm".     Technical data  dry air Dehumidification at 20°C/60% r.H. 46.2 kg/Std. = 1108.8 kg/Day Air volume blowing free 9000 m³/h nominal air volume 8200 m³/h external pressing 400 Pa connection inlet Ø 500 mm connection outlet Ø 500 mm     regeneration air nominal air volume 1660 m³/h external pressing 300 Pa connection inlet Ø 300 mm connection outlet Ø 300 mm     working principle TTR-Trisorp-Dual Ambient temperature -20 to +40 °C Ambient humidity (non-condensing) 0 - 100 % r.F. power connection 380 - 480 V/50 - 60 Hz rated current consumption 93.5 A Installed capacity 64.5 kW heating capacity 57 kW recommended coverage 125A electrical connection terminal connection Suitable for continuous operation and Dimensions H x W x L 1680 x 1110 x 1919 mm Weight 750 kg Country of production Germany Trotec article no. 1.110.000.190 guarantee 2 years

  • Dantherm TTR10000 Adsorptionstrockner - Dantherm Group AG

    Dantherm Dantherm TTR10000 Adsorption Dryer

Extensively equipped adsorption dryer with an immense dehumidification capacity of 55 kg per hour. Optimal for very high dry air demand even in cool environments with low dew points.   "It is suitable, for example, for:" • for the permanent drying of buildings • for gas dehumidification or dry air production in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries as well as in mechanical engineering • to protect machines, inventory, and buildings from corrosion, condensation, or mold formation, for example in water engineering facilities or electrical control centers.      Perfectly in Flow   The high-performance fans are driven by energy-saving EC motors, whose speed can be adjusted independently using the "Duoventic" controller.
