WDH 725DG Dehumidifier

Description

The diligent helper for high basement humidity with reliable dehumidification performance. It features a digital display that shows the currently measured humidity as well as the desired target humidity. Additionally, it has a timer to limit the operating time and a two-stage fan with adjustable air outlet slats. Test winner at "Haus & Garten" and very good ratings in various other consumer tests.

It impresses with its good price-performance ratio and its comfortable handling with low power consumption. The dehumidifier is highly efficient and can be used in rooms up to approximately 50 m² (125 m³) depending on the room temperature and target humidity level. Unlike many other digital dryers, the 725DG remembers the settings and returns to the unchanged setting after a power interruption. It is therefore SmartHome-capable (via WLAN socket) and can be controlled via an external timer if you want to run it only during off-peak hours.

The condensed water that is removed is collected in the tank inserted at the front or can be drained directly into a lower outlet via a hose. If the water is collected in the bucket, a float automatically interrupts operation when full.

The latest series available here features the newest refrigerant R290, which has minimal impact on the environment (GWP3).


dehumidification performance

The dryer can be used over a wide temperature range from +5°C to +35°C, with the dehumidifying power decreasing in cooler environments, as is the case with all condensation dryers. Examples of dehumidification performance and consumption under various (constant) environmental conditions:

30°C: 80% humidity: 20 liters / 24 h (60%: 11 liters) 
20°C: 80% humidity: 11 liters / 24 h (60%: 7 liters)
15°C: 80% humidity: 9 liters / 24 h (60%: 5 liters)
10°C: 80% humidity: 6 liters / 24 h (60%: 4 liters)
5°C: 80% humidity: 2 liters / 24 h (60%: 2 liters)
