This high air circulation allows the optimized heat exchanger system to continuously extract large amounts of moisture from the room air – up to 55 liters per day with just one unit.
A special advantage is the integrated hot gas defrosting automatic system: It prevents dehumidification pauses due to fixed defrosting intervals, as is common with many other devices, thus ensuring consistent and efficient performance – even in cooler operating conditions.

The robust chassis with practical handle bar and large rubber wheels makes transport – even over stairs or uneven ground – incredibly easy. The installed rubber wheels are abrasion-resistant and leave no marks on delicate floor coverings. Thanks to rotary compressor technology, the TTK 355 S can be transported in almost any position.
The technology is housed in a functionally designed, resistant casing in the distinctive Trotec industrial design – aesthetically pleasing, protected, and practical. The stackable design with practical groove guides on the top allows for space-saving storage and safe transport of multiple identical units. A special protection system shields sensitive electronic components from moisture and dirt.
Safe Operation through Intelligent Compressor Overheat Protection
During water damage restoration, extreme conditions with high humidity and high temperatures (above 35 °C) often prevail. This leads to a drastically reduced lifespan for conventional refrigeration dryers due to an enormous pressure increase in the refrigerant circuit.
Therefore, the TTK 355 S is equipped with intelligent compressor overheat protection: Sensors continuously monitor temperature development. In case of overheating, the compressor automatically switches off while the fan continues to run. As soon as the system is back in the safe range, the compressor restarts operation independently. This sustainably extends the device's lifespan and protects the building structure.
