Aqueous dispersion for leak testing on water-bearing levels, drains and downpipes. With fluorescent material that becomes visible under UV light.
Proven UV dye for pipe burst detection, available in various colors. This dispersion is dilutable with water. In the visible wavelength range, it leaves virtually no recognizable traces; however, when illuminated with UV light, it glows intensely.
The product is particularly suitable for leak testing on water-bearing levels of flat roofs or for checking drains and downpipes. At its exit points, the fluorescent material can be detected and made visible under UV light.
Further applications can be found in non-destructive testing (NDT) and in leak detection, where capillary action is secondary and no visible traces of the UV tracer should remain.
To ensure that users have the optimal UV fluorescent dye for every task, the product is now available in four brightly glowing colors. In addition to the established green version, red, blue, and purple are now also available.
Important: Luminat is not suitable as a food coloring.
