Description
In vacuum insulation layer drying, the use of a class H13 particulate filter is highly recommended to protect against mineral fiber dust, mold spores, and allergens in the air.
This two-part Multiqube filter consists of a robust, maintenance-friendly plastic housing and the filter element, which must be replaced after appropriate use. It has been specifically designed for use with Trotec water separators and compressors and is characterized by optimal filter performance as well as a high separation efficiency. The filter class H13 according to DIN EN 1822-1 corresponds to a separation efficiency of nominal > 99.97 % at 0.3 micrometer particle size. With 3 m² of filter area and 315 m³/h nominal air flow rate, the filter elements are optimally matched to the technical specifications of the vacuum turbines of Trotec compressors and provide performance reserves for combined use with up to two VE4S MultiQube or one VX5.

Contaminated filters not only pose a contamination risk to the surrounding air, but they also have longer drying times and a risk of overheating.

Active contamination protection: If the filter performance is too low due to a used filter element, the warning light automatically turns on, clearly signaling the need for a replacement of the filter element.
