Powerful 5 kW fan heater with PTC technology
The TDS 30 M is a professional
electric heater with 5 kW heating capacity and a long-lasting
PTC ceramic heating element. Thanks to its high airflow rate,
this compact fan heater is ideal for rapidly heating
large and cold rooms.
The device operates on 380–400 V high-voltage current and
offers two heating levels as well as a separate cold-air mode. The robust
construction and stable feet make the TDS 30 M a
reliable solution for construction sites, workshops, warehouses,
production halls, and commercial spaces.
PTC ceramic technology for uniform warmth
The long-lasting PTC ceramic heating element offers numerous advantages over
conventional heating coils. The flow of warm air is generated more evenly and without drafts, and noise levels remain
comparatively low.
A special benefit of PTC technology is the
self-regulating power consumption. The PTC heating element
adjusts its output depending on the ambient temperature. This allows for
more uniform heat distribution and reduces the risk of overheating.
Since the PTC heater works without classic glowing heating coils, there is no
burning of dust on hot heating wires. As a result, the indoor air is not
additionally burdened by burnt dust.

Safe and reliable operation
The TDS 30 M features several integrated protective functions for reliable
operation. These include overheating protection,
thermal protection, and an auto-restart function.
Positioning the controls below the heating area protects the
electronics from rising residual heat, thus contributing to the high
reliability of the device.
The fan motor is also equipped with thermal protection. The
fan run-on function further supports the
controlled cooling of the components after the heating operation.
PTC advantage: The ceramic heating element independently adjusts its
power consumption to the ambient temperature, thereby contributing
to safe and uniform heating operation.
Heating capacity and operating modes
The maximum heating capacity is 5 kW. Two heating levels are available via the
function switch. In addition, the TDS 30 M can be used solely as a fan without the heating function.

Robust construction and easy mobility
The robust metal housing is designed for use in
demanding environments. The feet ensure a stable position during operation.
Thanks to the integrated heat-insulated carrying and transport handle,
the electric heater, weighing only 4 kg, can be easily transported to the desired
location. Furthermore, the unit is stackable, making it particularly
practical for storage and transport.
