TTK 900 MP – Professional Construction Dryer

The TTK 900 MP model is a professional construction dryer designed for demanding applications. Its robust construction and high-quality components ensure consistently high dehumidification performance and lasting value. A powerful rotary compressor, a robust high-pressure radial fan, and other electronic and mechanical components provide a high dehumidification capacity that performs impressively even at low ambient temperatures.

Air Distribution and Mobility

The TTK 900 MP is equipped with dual-sided dry air outlets. The high-pressure radial fan evenly distributes the dehumidified air throughout the room without backpressure, enabling rapid drying of large areas.

The device was designed for maximum mobility. It features a chassis with an adjustable push handle and large, non-marking rubber wheels housed in a robust metal casing. It can be transported both upright and lying down and is also stackable for space-saving storage.

Performance and Energy Efficiency

For effective dehumidification, the device is equipped with a hot-gas defrosting system in bypass mode, which increases efficiency through short defrosting phases. This is particularly advantageous in unheated rooms. The new two-point hot-gas defrosting further shortens defrosting times, extending drying cycles.

The device can optionally be expanded with a hygrostat for humidity-controlled continuous operation and a condensate pump for condensate drainage across multiple floors.

The VarioDry technology is a unique function that allows the device to be optimally adjusted to the respective operating environment via a switch – be it for new building drying or water damage restoration. This adaptability results from the combination of an innovative heat exchanger design with an optimized evaporator circuit and a highly efficient EC radial fan.

The TTK 900 MP offers 10% more power with 10% less energy consumption compared to its predecessor, the TTK 800. With an excellent energy coefficient, it achieves high dehumidification performance per kilowatt, making it particularly efficient in its class.

Maintenance and Sustainability

The TTK series was designed for reliable continuous operation on construction sites. The TTK 900 MP model features an innovative central chassis and a robust metal housing that can be quickly removed.

All electronics are specially encapsulated and modular, with modules being plug-connected. This allows for quick and easy replacement of individual components on-site, minimizing maintenance-related downtimes.

R-454C is used as a refrigerant, which has a low GWP (Global Warming Potential) of under 150 and an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0. It thus contributes significantly less to the greenhouse effect than conventional refrigerants. Moreover, it is only flammable with high ignition energy, which increases safety during operation and maintenance.
