The devices of the TFT series are equipped with two fans, unlike the ASE series. Thus, the process circuit is not connected to the regeneration circuit. The process air is taken from the room and dried before being returned to the room. Dehumidification is done through the slowly rotating drying wheel, which is coated with silica gel. Regeneration is carried out by a self-regulating PTC heating element. PTC heating elements have, in addition to their heating function, an independent temperature limiting effect. This results in a maximum level of operational safety.
The TFT devices are optionally available with a heat recovery module.
