The operation is performed at the push of a button. You can choose between low, medium, or high drying levels. The tumble dryer operates fully automatically and, similar to earlier models, has a so-called end-off control, which means it dehumidifies until the laundry is dry and then automatically switches off. If you want to restart the device, you must manually restart it.
basement dehumidification
Additionally, the dryer is equipped with a button for room drying mode. The device operates whenever the humidity is too high and there is a risk of mold / odor formation in the basement. If the humidity is correct, the operation pauses.
timer function
Additionally, there is the option to operate the device manually for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. After the time has elapsed, the device will turn off, and manual operation will be automatically disabled.

Compact device with powerful ventilation. Louvers for air discharge, which can be adjusted horizontally if needed. The clear control panel consists of 4 buttons on the front. The carrier rail and the two distance buffers in the lower part of the device are rubber insulated to reduce sound transmission to the wall. The mouse gray color of the housing is individually appealing.
Heating Option: The Secomat400 is also available with a 1200W heater for an additional charge (Secomat 400H). This heater automatically activates at 14°C (or colder) and heats until the room temperature reaches 16°C. Therefore, this heater is only useful in very cold drying rooms. If the room is 16°C or warmer year-round, the version with heating offers no advantage.
Technically, the Seccomat tumble dryers can be used down to 10°C. Please note that the drying time for all room air tumble dryers increases significantly the colder the room is. For optimal drying speed, temperatures of 15°C and above are ideal. The declared drying performance was measured at a room temperature of 20°C.
scope of delivery
The delivery includes the device with a mounting rail, all necessary installation materials, as well as a drainage set. The drainage set consists of a water tank, drainage hose, and suitable hose connection couplings.

Important:
- Sanitary (drainage) or electrical (socket 230V 16A) installations are not carried out by us and must be commissioned separately by an appropriate tradesperson, if not already in place.
- If your wall has internal insulation, we need to know this when placing the order, as the installation will be more complex. The stated installation prices refer to direct wall mounting, meaning directly on brick or concrete walls without insulation. Additional costs for installation on insulated walls will be charged based on effort.
