This room hygrometer is suitable for humidity-dependent control of the TTK170ECO or other dehumidifiers with a 6.35 mm jack for external connection, for example for unattended drying processes where a target humidity must not be undershot (for instance, with fresh plaster or plastering work) or to reduce power consumption when a too low humidity is not necessary.
The HG 110 features a 6.35 mm jack plug, operates in the low voltage range, and is designed for a maximum load of 2 A. The three-meter long cable allows the measurement point to be different from the location of the dehumidifier.

Functionality and Installation Location
The installation location should be chosen in such a way that a representative measurement of humidity is ensured, i.e., the humidity measurement values at the installation location should correspond to those of the room, and the hygrometer should be in the airflow. The room hygrometer reacts quickly and accurately to changes in humidity. By adjusting the setpoint knob, the lever system is engaged in such a way that when the set humidity is reached, the internal microswitch is activated.
