The M 20 is a penetration electrode for measuring wood moisture and construction moisture. It is based on the resistance measurement principle and can be connected to all corresponding "Gann" measuring devices.
The electrode is suitable for moisture measurements of sawn timber (up to 50 mm thickness), chipboard and OSB boards, and parquet. With the help of a suitable striking device (e.g. hammer), the electrode can also be driven into hard woods such as beech. It is also applicable for measurements in soft bound building materials (e.g. plasters, gypsum, or aerated concrete) as well as insulation and insulating materials.
