Ceiling telescopes for ceiling-mounted laundry line systems
"With the ceiling telescopes, you can hang the connecting rails of your laundry line system at the appropriate height from the ceiling. The Dryfix and Krüger connecting rails are compatible with these supports."
The ceiling telescopes are made of chrome-plated metal (longest version: galvanized) and offer solid stability and load capacity of the system. Depending on the room height and the desired height of the lines, 4 versions are available. The telescopes can be precisely adjusted in height within the dimensions described below, with the height not being changeable after installation:
Length 1: adjustable 230-330mm from ceiling Fr. 34.00
Length 2: adjustable 400-600mm from ceiling Fr. 36.00
Length 3: adjustable 550-800mm from ceiling Fr. 39.00
Length 4: adjustable 750-1050mm from ceiling Fr. 58.00
Example: the room is 2.30m high, the curtains should be at the standard height of 1.85m. You need a distance of 45 cm from the ceiling. The suitable telescope in this example is therefore length 2.
Please note that mounting directly onto the concrete ceiling provides the best stability. If the ceiling is insulated, we recommend cutting out the insulation for stability reasons, mounting the beams directly onto the concrete, and then sealing the cutouts afterwards. When mounting on the insulation, it may break due to the strong tension of the cables.
It should also be noted that there are often pipes installed in the ceiling. A drilling depth of more than 3cm can damage electrical or water lines.
How many ceiling mounts are needed?
Due to the strong cable pull, we recommend you use 2 pieces with a rail width of 1.50 m (per connecting rail) for longer rails 3 pieces (per connecting rail).
