This construction dryer is suitable wherever large quantities of moisture need to be reliably removed. Even after painting, plastering, or screeding, the device significantly accelerates building drying and shortens construction times. The automatic humidity control maintains a constant indoor climate at all times.
Convenient digital operation
The clearly arranged control panel is located on the front of the device and allows easy control of all functions. The easy-to-read LED display allows convenient setting of target humidity, timer, and other operating parameters. At the same time, the current room humidity and temperature are clearly displayed at all times.
Precise humidity control
The desired target humidity can be set in 5% increments between 10% and 90% relative humidity. Once the set humidity is reached, the device automatically switches off the compressor and fan. If the humidity rises again, the construction dryer restarts automatically.
For continuous protection of buildings against mold and moisture, values between 50% and 55% relative humidity are recommended. For rapid drying after water damage, the device can also be operated continuously.
Flexible timer function
The integrated timer can limit operation between one and 24 hours or program a start delay. This makes the construction dryer ideal for automatic operating times or for using cheaper electricity tariffs.
Memory function for automatic restart
Thanks to the integrated memory function, the construction dryer saves all the last selected settings. After a power outage or interruption of the power supply, the device automatically restarts with the same parameters. This is particularly advantageous for longer drying projects or when used with an external timer.
Especially on construction sites or in unsupervised buildings, this function ensures reliable and uninterrupted operation without re-configuration.
Integrated condensate pump for continuous operation

The pump achieves a delivery head of up to 3 meters. If the hose is laid horizontally, significantly longer distances can be covered. This allows the condensate to be flexibly directed into floor drains, sinks, or other suitable outlets.
An integrated check valve reliably prevents already pumped water from flowing back into the device. Additionally, the construction dryer has a small internal collection tank, which can be easily emptied completely at the touch of a button before transport.
Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly with R290
The powerful rotary compressor ensures high dehumidification performance with low energy consumption. This makes the construction dryer particularly economical and ideal for daily continuous use.
The modern R290 (propane) is used as a refrigerant. As with all condensation dryers, the dehumidification performance increases with increasing temperature and humidity.
