The clotheslines consist of a robust wire core with a white, UV-resistant plastic coating. Compared to commercially available nylon clotheslines, these wire core lines can be tensioned significantly tighter, so that even when loaded with a lot of laundry, they sag only slightly. Additionally, these lines warp very little over time.   The clotheslines are equipped on one side with a loop, which can be hooked onto the first sliding pulley of the clothesline system.
